Well I woke up this morning On the wrong side of the bed And how I got to thinkin' About all those things you said About ordinary people And how they make you sick And if callin' names kicks back on you Then I hope this does the trick. Cause I'm a sick of your complainin' About how many bills And I'm sick of all your bitchin' Bout your poodles and your pills And I just can't see no humour About your way of life And I think I can do more for you With this here fork and knife. Eat the Rich: there's only one thing they're good for Eat the Rich: take one bite now - come back for more Eat the Rich: don't stop me now I'm goin' crazy Eat the Rich: that's my idea of a good time baby. Writer(s): STEVEN TYLER, JOE PERRY, JAMES DOUGLAS VALLANCE.
Beat the shit out of yourself on the rowing machine then drink this. Like a speedball, he said, and smacked his considerable lips, but without the come-down. Or the divorces, said Perry, deadpan. Aerosmith came from an era when the two bands they had always been most closely compared to were the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin, combining the swaggering outlaw status of the former with the overlord musical assault of the latter, back when rock still rolled, drugs were mind-expanding and chicks got in the back door for free. Now, in the late 80s, Aerosmith’s closest competitors were Mötley Crüe and Poison, Bon Jovi and Guns N’ Roses. He looked at me, as though peering through a microscope. You know why we called the album Pump? Uh, because you are, uh, pumped?

Pump was the album that got me into Aerosmith, but his one REALLY got me into it. Although really, really overplayed, "walk this way" is a great song, and so are all the other ones. this album shows just how ' awesome aerosmith really is! Every single song on this album is great! Sweet Emotion is the best. Pump is easily Aerosmith's best release. Just a real feel good album, the fact that's its not the hard classic rock, early, before they started getting help song writing is irrelevant, when I stick pump on I can't help but groove to it, makes me smile, makes me dance. The Best Of album that doesn't include "Toys In the Attic" hits!
